Club Tijuana visits Queretaro FC in LIGA Bancomer MX-2014 Clausura
TIJUANA –Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente prepares to visit Club Queretaro FC in a Week 13 match of the LIGA Bancomer MX-2014 Clausura Friday March 28 at Estadio La Corregidora of Queretaro.
The Xoloitzcuintles trained at Estadio Caliente Wednesday, preparing for the weekend matchup.
Midfielder Javier Guemez spoke with the media prior to practice during a news conference.
“We are going in with the mind set to add points and continue on a good path looking to advance to the next round.”
Guemez talked about the intense work that is being put in during practices as the games get closer.
“We want to keep a shutout and we want to play a good game,” Guemez said. “We are working hard to reach a spot in the playoffs and it will be very important to be strong on defense and score when given the chance.”
The Xoloitzcuintles will travel Thursday morning March 27 to Queretaro to close out preparations heading into the Week 13 match against Gallos Blancos.
