ROAD TO TIJUANA

TIJUANA- Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente on Wednesday June 11 released the list of players who have earned a one-week training period with the team’s Fuerzas Basicas after holding tryouts in the Los Angeles area last week.

The list includes 17 players from four different age categories (1998 to 2000). More than 400 players participated in the free Club Tijuana tryouts held at Cerritos College in Norwalk, Calif. Saturday June 7. Players were taken through drills and short scrimmages under the close eye of Xoloitzcuintles coaches.

The players selected will have the opportunity to showcase their skills for Club Tijuana coaches at the team headquarters during the 2014 Apertura preseason from June 30 to July 4. The selected players will be sent an email to the address they provided at the tryouts with the proper procedures to be taken.
