PREPARATIONS CONTINUE IN TIJUANA
Xoloitzcuintles trained Thursday on field next to Estadio Caliente
TIJUANA –Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente trained Thursday Sept. 4 on the field next to Estadio Caliente where the team went through some more preparations under coach Daniel Guzman.
The Xoloitzcuintles practice began in the morning with players stretching and going through some fun soccer drills and ball control drills.
Coach Guzman continues to work with his team as both parties continue to adapt to each other. He put the team through an intersquad scrimmage, going through different schemes and plays throughout the practice.
Cristian Pellerano and Dario Benedetto worked on the side with a physical therapist trying to be ready to return to action as soon as possible.
Club Tijuana will return to LIGA Bancomer MX action next Saturday when it visits Pachuca FC Sept. 13. The Xoloitzcuintles will then travel to play CD Guadalajara for a Week 4 match of the COPA MX in a group 3 game.
